My search did include what I knew of other religions, and I boiled that down to "help others", and stuck with what science could show as facts.

My parents are still very religious - my stepdad is a Deacon, and my mom tries to preach to me whenever she can, but this is just a part of my life that's not the same as my parents, and I accept that.</blockquote>
